If CSSBuy asks for billing or delivery information, enter your real details consistently so your account and future parcels are easier to manage.
Browse Royal Finds or use the Link Converter for Taobao, Weidian, Tmall or 1688. Open the converted CSSBuy product page and review the item, options, quantity and seller information before ordering.
Add the pieces you want to your CSSBuy cart and keep each order easy to recognize.
Review the item prices, domestic shipping and any current service charges shown in your cart. Choose the payment or top-up option available to your account and check the final amount before confirming the purchase.
Payment, balance and withdrawal rules can change, so use the live information shown in CSSBuy for the transaction you are making.
After purchase, the seller sends the item to your CSSBuy warehouse. Arrival time depends on the seller, stock and domestic delivery inside China.
Follow the order status in CSSBuy and use their support options if an order appears unusually delayed.
Once an item is checked into the warehouse, review the available QC photos carefully. Compare the color, size, details and visible condition with what you ordered.
If something looks wrong, use CSSBuy’s current return, exchange or refund process before the item is packed into an international parcel.
Build your parcel only after you are happy with the QC. Compare the available shipping routes, estimated delivery times, parcel weight, volumetric weight, insurance and total price inside CSSBuy.
If packaging or rehearsal options are available, compare them before submitting the parcel. For bulky items such as shoes, reducing unnecessary packaging can also reduce parcel volume.
Check the QC photos, delivery address, parcel contents and chosen shipping route one final time before approving shipment. Keep screenshots or order numbers for anything you may need to ask support about later.
For order-specific questions, use CSSBuy support or the CSSBuy Discord server linked above.
Drop in a raw Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 product URL and Royal Finds will rewrite it into a clean CSSBuy product link.
Turn supported marketplace product URLs into a CSSBuy product page without manually searching for the item.
Paste, convert, copy or open the result directly from Royal Finds.
If you already paid for items at another China-based shopping agent, you can usually move them domestically into your CSSBuy warehouse instead of starting over. The exact receiving process can change, so confirm the current address and rules with CSSBuy support first.
Sign up or log in to CSSBuy, then ask support for the current warehouse-to-warehouse receiving process and the address they want you to use.
Give the sending agent the confirmed CSSBuy warehouse details and request a domestic China shipment rather than an international parcel.
As soon as the parcel is moving, send CSSBuy support the domestic tracking number so they can match the incoming package to your account.
After arrival and warehouse check-in, the items can be handled together with the rest of your CSSBuy warehouse stock, including QC and parcel building.
Exact steps and addresses can vary — always confirm the current process with CSSBuy support before shipping.

A compact starting guide for using Royal Finds together with CSSBuy.
Use the Royal Finds referral link if you still need an account, then make sure your basic account details are complete.
Royal Finds product cards already include a buy link. For a Taobao, Weidian, Tmall or 1688 URL, use the Link Converter first.
Check the seller, selected options, price and order details in CSSBuy before you place the order.
When the seller delivers the item, review the warehouse photos and confirm the item is what you expected.
When your items are ready, choose a shipping option in CSSBuy and review the current route, price and restrictions before submitting the parcel.
Found something worth sharing? Send the details in for review. If it is added to the catalog, your credit name can appear with the Find.
Seen something elsewhere that isn’t posted here yet? Send a link or a description and I’ll look for it through the sellers I already buy from.
A link or photo, plus whatever you know — brand, model, colour, size. The more precise, the faster I can track it down.
I check it against sellers I already order from. Usually a few days, sometimes closer to a week if it’s obscure.
You get a CSSBuy-ready link, just like any other find here. You only ever pay CSSBuy for the item — nothing extra to Royal Finds.
There’s no charge just for submitting a request — you only pay for the item itself if and when it’s found.
If I can’t find it, I’ll tell you that too — not just silence if it doesn’t turn up.
Once found, it’s routed through the same CSSBuy link converter as everything else on the site.
